          GVR HOA Meeting Schedule
             *Schedule subject to change, please contact the office at 303-307-3240 to confirm if a 
               meeting has been rescheduled or cancelled.
            All meetings are held at the GVR Metro District offices, located at 18650 E. 45th Ave.
Board Meetings:     
     Held the third (3rd) Monday of the month @ 6:00 p.m.

ARC Committee Meetings:          
     Held the second (2nd) Thursday of the month (October - March) @ 5:30 p.m.
     Held the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Thursday of the month (April - September) @ 5:30 p.m.
   ** ARC forms are due the week before (no later than the Thursday at 5pm) before a meeting to be reviewed at that meeting.
Hearing Committee Meetings:             
     Held the second (2nd) Wednesday of the month @ 6:00 p.m.

If you are a resident of the City and County of Denver, you may apply for free or low-cost trees through our Denver Digs Trees program.

Tree applications are typically available in early January and due February 15.  Tree distribution day is usually the third Saturday in April.  Sign up to receive a notice when tree applications are available.
